Joe's WLE blog

Blog #1). The workplace is called outlaw paint and it’s a custom motorcycle painting business. The place is pretty small but gets a lot of people to come and get paint jobs and or designs. The workplace is located in tracy and it looks like a white boxed building. There are about 3 people that work there. The workplace serves many people who want to get paint jobs and designs for there motocycles, cars, trucks etc. the strengths in the workplace is that there are a lot of people who go there to get paint jobs. Also, the owner, jerimiah, has over 20 years experience in bodyshop, and has a great eye for detail.  There aren’t any weaknesses that i know of.

Blog #2). My mentors job is to custom paint motorized vehicles mostly motorcycles and his name is Jerimiah Montoya. A typical week is to sand and prep the parts for auto mobiles. Jerimiah has been into the feild for along time. One of his first jobs was painting at chevorlet in newark.

Blog #3). My main responsibility is to make sure the shop is clean and to make sure i theroly prep the motor cycle parts. I am plasma cutting metal to make art to sell to people. a regular day is to sweep and sand auto moble parts for his clients and for a side job, plazma cut metals.

Blog #4). For my wle project we're thinking of making a sign with the shops logo on it for the shop. Me and my mentor where thinking of making a sign that would amaze people when they pass by the shop because its sort of hidden. What we have accomplished was thinking of what we where going to make.

Blog #5). Today i plasma cutted steel for the shop with the plasma cuter we made a skull and a couple of other items. We are going to make a skull and on the bottom put the nummber and the sponcers. We have accomplished thinking of what we were going to make.

Blog #6). For the leader ship skill that i am using is collabrating produtivly because we are working great together. I am using this skill all the time because i try my best everyday i work there. My leadership skill helps my because when we work together it helps me focus on what i have to do. My mentor using critical thinking because he thinks of what hes going to do eveytime we paint and plasma cut.
